Anybody can become a bodybuilder if he wants to be. It needs passion enthusiasm and extreme love to become bodybuilder. Body building is a technique to transform your fatty or skinny body into handsome and muscular body and you feel great. Bodybuilding gives you handsome look and at the same time it will increase overall strength of your body. Your stamina will also increase. Guys if you want to increase your body strength you need to start bodybuilding.
Here are some body building tips for whom that are just going to start body building. I hope you will like my tips and advices.
First and the most important thing in the beginning of body building you have to choose a gym. Kept in mind the following criteria for the selection of gym.
o Gym should be near to your home.
o Provide a wide variety of equipments.
o Clean and proper ventilated.
o Coach or trainer must be qualified.
Set your own goals. Based upon the following criteria
o Must be quantifiable.
o Must be realistic.
o Must not harm your other works and tasks of life.
Be positive during your exercise. Your mental frame of mind has important connection with your body.
Find out a partner who suits to you and must be your friend. Suits to you means if you are skinny he has also be skinny, if you are fatty he also be fatty. In this way you can do same exercises and with the help of competition with him you can do it with passion and motivation.
Understand the bodybuilding. A greater understanding of your body will lead to better results.
Take proper rest between your sets.
Make a schedule to do your exercises
Monday and Thursday do all exercises of shoulder and forearms.
Tuesday and Friday do all exercises of chest and wings.
Wednesday and Saturday do biceps and triceps exercises along with thighs.
You must realize that every day is not the same and that some days your body would work better than the rest of the days. Do not stress out your body, when it calls for rest.
Warm up your body before starting your exercise.
Breathe and inhale oxygen properly.
Take balance diet (read out other articles).
Take appropriate rest once a week.

Diets for loosing weight
It is important to know, while dieting that what kind of food be taken which will be helpful to dissolve the extra and unwanted fats from the body without any harmful side effects? Usually people give importance to the calories they burn in a day and take food of lesser calories avoiding the Fats, which is usually tasteless and give unpleasant feeling. Research has proved that, not all fats are harmful, though they double the calorie content of carbohydrates and protein but not necessarily cause to put on twice as much weight. If your diet is balanced with moderate amount (not excessive, because certain fats are essential for our body) of fats, it is still very effective for loosing unwanted fats or weight. Essential fats are the basis of some hormones and make up the outer coating of nerves cells, so it is advisable to take fats in moderation along with other dieting program. Omega-3 & Omega-6 fatty acids are the essential fats. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in oily fish like herring, mackerel, salmon, sardines and tuna, fish oils, egg yolks, nut oils and vegetables like flaxseed and Omega-6 fatty acids are found in egg yolks, seeds and seed oils (like sunflower and sesame), whole grains, evening primrose and borage oils and also some vegetable oils. Olive oil is not rich in essential fatty acid but it is very healthy because of its contents including polyphenols (an antioxidant content), magnesium and vitamin E. Fish, egg, and certain vegetables cooked in olive oil produce a high protein with essential fat food with minimum carbohydrates, which is very effective for losing unwanted fats and reducing weight
