There are two possibilities where you could start thinking for the muscles building. In the first case when you are over weight, second is when you are in normal body condition and you want muscle building. If you are overweight than you have to reduce the weight to come at normal body condition in this post i will try to cover the reducing weight portion for muscle building.

The carbohydrate
Carbohydrates in simple terms means (sugar and starches) they are absorbed in the digestive system quickly. That is why we get a rapid energy boost from a bar of chocolate or from a pastry. When our sugar levels go up, a hormone called insulin is released, which then start to lower the blood sugar level very quickly. When the sugar level in our body goes down rapidly, we feel weak so we have another sweet food to boost up our sugar level. Again, we feel better for a while, and then insulin kicks in to lower our blood sugar and makes us feel weak once again and so the cycle goes on.

Insulin has many essential functions in maintaining life, but it has one very bad action for the dieter. It causes excess carbohydrates to be stored as fat around our bodies (especially around the waist and hips)
If you decrease the amount of insulin from your body release, your blood glucose level won’t fall so dramatically and you won’t become weak and irritable and you don’t need to eat more carbohydrate for energy. Therefore you won’t deposit the fat on the hips and waist. You will switch on the body automatically fat burning mechanism when you lower insulin level.
