5 phases to lose extra fat from your body


It is not very easy for some people to change their eating behavior amazingly in a very small span of time. These types of people make it well by slight changes in their eating behavior over a specified time span. In this post we are going to discuss that how you can change your diet by making small changes in your eating behavior.

Many people think that they can change their eating behavior over a specific span of time. There are many literature which helps to lose your body fats within 8 weeks but they usually fails to do so because if a man is used to of using heavy calorie diets every day then how it is possible to change this behavior within 8 weeks or if he is using heavy diets for last 20 years then it will not be easy for him to change his eating behavior.

So here is the eating plan of 15 weeks and every phase has 3 weeks to implement slight changes in your eating behavior. So there are total 5 phases in which you will be able to make your body get rid of extra fats.

Phase 1:


In the first phase you have to purchase those things which have minimum level of fats like you can use boiled potatoes instead of making French fries of them. You can use streamed meat instead of fried one. If you use salads in your meals then you should minimize the use of creams and myoneese. If you use high protein fats meat then you can replace it with that one which has low fat levels like if you use skinned chicken then use skinless. And try to make your taste buds use of new diet plan.

Phase 2:

I am sure that you have controlled your fats consumption habit. Now In the second phase we are going to eliminate or minimize the use of sugar related products or things. As we know that our not a single meal is without any carbonated drink. A carbonated drink contains a lot of sugar as compared of the regular sugar which we use in our daily routine. Minimize the use of carbonated drinks to the least level or left the use of it because they contain Aspartame which in the long run can cause cancer.

Also minimize the use of table sugar in tea or coffee to the least level that you can. And avoid the use of sweets like chocolates and candies which we get from point of sales instead of change.

Phase 3:

Now in the phase 3 I am going to assume that you have left or minimize the use of fats and sweets. And 6 weeks practice is more than enough and you have to continue that routine. In the phase 3 I am going to suggest that you should use plenty of water as you have consumed in the previous time. Water is very good in cleaning your stomach and your pancreas will remain active. Whenever you feel thirsty; drink water. Do not use juices even if they claim to be natural. Drink plenty of water when you wake up, after exertion and before sleeping. Drink water at least after half an hour of your meals.

Phase 4:

Congratulations you have come so far now the winning point is near. Your determination and sincerity with yourself is the key success factor throughout the whole span of time. Start weighing yourself. And determine your lean body mass by either using a caliper or using the formulas in this link


Lean body mass which you get from the calculator will be multiplied by 12 i.e. lean body mass*12=base calorie intake per day. Divide the amount of calories by 6 (for males) and by 4 (for females). This will tell you that how much calories you should take in every meal. You should write what you eat and how much caloric content you are using in order to check that you should not use the calories above the range.

Phase 5:

Now you are in the final phase of your dieting plan and hope so that majority of the people have got attractive fatless physiques. In order to accomplish our goal we must now consider the intake of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Our food must contain 40% of carbohydrates, 40 % of proteins and only 20 percent of fats.
